Our preschools are staffed by people who love to teach.
Each child has an innate ability to self-teach and an instinctive way of learning. The teacher's role is to guide and observe rather than dictate, which enables the child to progress at an individual pace and rhythm.
When you walk into our classrooms, you can recognize the Montessori Method at work in the collaborative environment and the respect the children show for each other and their surroundings. The goal is that a creative, self-motivated, well-rounded child will carry those traits through childhood and adulthood.
Our Montessori-certified teachers are dedicated to developing lifelong learners. They genuinely care about children, and have the sensitivity and knowledge to understand a child's individual developmental needs and learning styles. They take the time to help each child discover his or her own way of learning.
We ensure our teachers continuously perform at the highest level and are kept current in the latest teaching techniques. To accomplish this, we sponsor professional development days and use internal and external trainers and consultants. Our principals also strive for self-improvement and participate in our annual national Principals' Conference.
